Everything you need to know before your first visit — booking, policies, what to expect on the table, and how we approach recovery work.
Book online anytime, or call or text us at 737-278-7222. Our schedule fills up, so booking ahead is the safest way to get the therapist and time you want.
We don't take walk-ins. Same-day openings do happen — check availability online or send us a text and we'll reply as soon as we're out of session. That said, we're usually booked out, so plan ahead when you can.
You can cancel straight from your confirmation email up to 24 hours before your appointment. Inside that 24-hour window, call or text us instead. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the service; a second occurrence is charged in full.
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and the client after you is scheduled to start on time. If you arrive late, we'll give you as much of your session as we can — but we can't guarantee the full length, and the full service price still applies.
Cash, credit card, and Apple Pay.
Not at this time. We do accept HSA cards.
Tipping is common and always appreciated — and always optional.
Show your ID or badge at your appointment and we'll apply the discount at checkout. It can't be combined with other discounts, promotions, or membership pricing.
Undress to your comfort level. For Swedish, deep tissue, and maternity massage, some clients undress fully and others keep their underwear on — both are completely normal. Just know that tight or bulky undergarments can get in the way if we're working the low back, glutes, or hips, and most clients remove their bra so straps aren't in the way across the back and shoulders. For sports massage, we may ask you to keep clothing on or wear athletic shorts.
You are always covered by a sheet. Only the area being worked on is uncovered.
You can. Covered areas can only receive compression work, though, so you'll get less out of the session than you would otherwise.
Please do — speak up in the moment. Tell us if you want more, want less, or if we're close to the spot but not quite on it.
And deeper isn't automatically better: effective massage doesn't have to hurt. Too much pressure often makes muscles guard and tighten, which works against what we're trying to do.
Drink water, keep moving gently, and give your body time to settle. A hot shower or bath afterward feels good and helps.
If you want a hard workout that day, get it in before your session rather than after — your muscles need the rest on the back end. Some soreness after deep work is normal, similar to the day after heavy training.
Your lymphatic system is a network of vessels and nodes sitting just beneath the skin. It moves fluid, clears waste, and plays a major role in immune function. Manual lymphatic drainage — MLD — uses light, rhythmic strokes to move lymph fluid toward areas where the vessels are working normally.
It uses light pressure by design. The lymphatic vessels sit directly under the skin, so deep work isn't useful here. The session follows a specific sequence, opening the main drainage points first — neck, armpits, groin — so congested fluid has somewhere to go before we address the swollen area itself.
Swelling is the clearest sign: rings or clothing feeling tight, or a heavy, achy feeling in the arms or legs. Lymphatic congestion most often follows surgery, injury, or infection, and post-op recovery is the most common reason clients come to us for this work. If you have a diagnosed medical condition, check with your provider before booking.
Straight answer: if your lymphatic system is working normally, expect relaxation more than dramatic results. Any "slimming" effect is temporary fluid movement, not fat loss — regardless of what the internet says about it.
Everyone responds differently, so we build the plan around you. A common starting point is one session per week for three weeks, then monthly for maintenance. If you're post-op, your surgeon's timeline comes first — tell us what they've advised and we'll work within it.
