Rachael Gagnon

Rachael is a graduate of the highly accredited Lauterstein-Conway Massage School & Clinic in Austin, Texas. Rachael was the Trainer, and Lead Massage Therapist for Woodhouse Spa in Cedar Park. Her practice can benefit athletes, chronic pain sufferers and anyone seeking overall wellness of being. Rachael deeply empathizes with the physical and emotional tension we have to deal with in our daily lives. It is with understanding that she has focused a great deal of her work in the pursuit of helping people to find solace and relief from the everyday stressors of life.
Rachael is also an abstract artist. She uses textures and clay to create unique imagery. You can find her prints at Four Hands Furniture. She also enjoys traveling, working out and spending time with her family.
Michael Gagnon
Michael was raised in Upstate New York. In high school he was a multi-sport athlete, as a linebacker in Football and throwing Discus in Track & Field. Outside of school he trained and competed in Weightlifting, attending the Empire State games and metaling twice at the AAU Junior Olympic Games.
Tricia Jackson
Tricia may be new to Blackbird Massage, but she brings a wealth of experience as a massage therapist. She and Rachael began their massage careers together in 2017 as two of the three therapists who launched the Woodhouse Spa. With her impressive skills and extensive knowledge, Tricia is a valuable addition to the Blackbird team, and we are proud to have her with us.
Tricia is a graduate from A New Beginnings massage school in Austin and has been practicing massage therapy since 2017. She has attended numerous continuing education classes in trigger point therapy, myofascial release, reflexology, cupping, aromatherapy and mindfulness. She is committed to helping clients achieve wellness by providing a nurturing therapeutic session which relieves pain, promotes a state of deep relaxation and supports overall well being. As a compassionate therapist she integrates a variety of techniques to calm the nervous system, ease muscle tension and help restore balance in the body based on what each client needs.
Tricia believes in the mind-body connection and understands the impact everyday stress can have on the body. During her sessions she works with clients to overcome these issues by helping to reduce tension, anxiety, insomnia, headaches, inflammation and pain.
In her free time she loves hiking, being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her family. She is an avid backpacker and has spent months hiking on long distance wilderness trails though the mountains.
